Japanese company Buffalo will help turn iOS-device at the TV.It does not require complex movements: you simply connect the TV tuner DH-ONE/IP to iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPod touch third-generation (except the version with 8 GB memory) running on a platform iOS 4 and to the tablet iPad.
Note the compactness of the device (30h12h45 mm) and light weight - 20 g. Price DH-ONE/IP is about $ 120. Disappointing that the TV tuner only works in Japan - it only supports digital network 1Seg.
